soupcon--(noun) a very small amount; a trace. a slight but appreciable addition.

example: "Unlike her ex Tom Cruise, Kidman, 38, is going about her whirlwind romance quietly, with tight-lipped class and a soupcon of mystery" (Weekly Scoop: Canada's hottest international celebrity magazine, 12)

And "they" say that gossip magazines are trashy reading. To "them" I say "BAH...off with you"
