I used a combination of an older version of Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop. The video actually lasts for the entire song, but I had to clip it for the site. I like to do a lot of rotoscoping (animating frame by frame, or automating the animation as much as possible) with Photoshop. The combinations of what you can do when you learn how to program batch actions in Photoshop is incredible. My favorite team up of all time (so far) has been Premiere, Photoshop, and Flash. Flash deceptively lends itself to a whole lot of small scale (or large scale, depending on how you parse your projects) animation and compositional elements.
hey radicalcheer,
(oh yes, i see where the name comes from!!)
im curious what software you edited this with, hope you dont mind my asking.....i really like that red, i guess im trying to figure out how you got it....
I was the maniac acting as the singer. This was taken in the summer of 2000. There is another bit of clips where I am the singer, entitled "Division One Champs". It is far sillier than this one.
Sorry to hear about your ibook. Thanks for the feedback.
which maniac are you in the footage? i agree, i hate having an empty profile but just as i became a member of this site my ibook died....oh, by the way, i really like the red!!
I'm sure I am not adhering to any medicine film idea here at all, but I have had this segment of an edited short for a couple of years, and I am just looking to actually post some stuff rather than have an empty profile on this site.
I was in a band called All Holy Hell when I was in Highschool. My friends Pete and Bryan were also in the band. Bryan and I still play music together in different projects. I will post footage of that at some later date.
