when ever go crazy, i always try to get some perspective. sometimes it is hard to see outside of your own mind. there is no reason to be against thy self. we can overcome depression. the same way your mind can tell you bad things, you can relinquish them just the same. and it doesn't have to be from a change of physical state. the mind is very powerful. you can pysche yourself over little things especially being isolated.
brian i still want to meet you in person. it has remained one of my life goals to get together the finances to re-unite the dynamic duo for a performance in the US.
