Yep, I made it from old computer cables and connectors, though it is not a wig, it's taped to the head. But it would be better to make it as a wig. There would have to be some sort of hair net/webbing to attach the first few cables to and then tape cables to cables to create the layers. Maybe a simple webbing of cables that fits over the head could be used as the base from which to weave a fantabulous wig.

I made it because I hate how much planned obsolescence makes old puter cables and connectors into only good for the landfill trash, but I was tired of hanging onto these old cables because I couldn't deal with throwing them away. So I grabed the head from my dad's pile of junk and made the head piece. I'm going to keep working on it.

We could make you one, easy peasy, just need old and outdated puter cables and the like.

That is a great wig. Plugs I have never thought of such a thing. Did you make it. What is the story behind the wig. I want one!!

Medusa piece in process

I'm working on this Medusa sculpture instead of cleaning my office- using old computer cables and connectors and the like. This will get more interesting looking as I get more adept at using Daddy's wire strippers.
